16. Why micronutrients matter?
Micronutrients (vitamins, minerals, trace elements, amino acids, and plant compounds) are essential for normal metabolic function. As the body cannot produce most micronutrients itself, they must be obtained through diet or supplementation. Modern diets, lifestyle factors, stress, and environmental exposure can make it difficult to meet individual needs through food alone.
17. Why personalisation is essential?
Every individual has unique micronutrient requirements. Needs vary depending on factors such as: - Age and gender - Body composition - Diet and lifestyle - Physical activity levels - Stress and environmental exposure - Existing health considerations - Medication use . Because of this variability, average or one-size-fits-all supplement formulas are often suboptimal. Min Vitamix uses a personalised approach to calculate individual micronutrient needs and create tailored formulations accordingly.
18. How Min Vitamix personalised supplements work?
Individual micronutrient needs are assessed using structured inputs (e.g. questionnaires and, where applicable, biomarker data). A personalised formulation is calculated to meet individual requirements Each supplement blend is produced specifically for the individual
Formulas can be adjusted over time as needs change This approach ensures targeted support without unnecessary or excessive dosing.
19. Do these nutrients have a high absorption & delivery concept?
Micronutrients are combined with plant-based components that support gradual release and absorption. When consumed with liquid or food, the formulation allows micronutrients to be released steadily over several hours, supporting consistent availability to the body.
