Our health questionnaire is designed for a variety of lifestyles and stages in life, including sports athletes and amateurs, pregnant or lactating women, vitamin-deficient or optimal seekers, or individuals with allergies. It is key that the answers in the lifestyle questionnaire reflect this to provide the relevant information for customised recommendations.

Individuals with prescribed micronutrients from a health professional should refer to them for advice to ensure they are not over-consuming supplements.

Can Min Vitamix’s formulation be taken with other medications?

Min Vitamix’s personal supplements are generally safe to use with medications. However, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider if you have any specific concerns or are on prescribed medications.

Dosage and Administration of your Vitamins

Understand how to take your personalised vitamins and minerals for the best results. Find your dosage instructions and vitamin routine. 

Dose out your recommended measurements of our custom vitamins, outlined on your personalised supplement bottle. The measuring spoon is 5 ml.

There are multiple ways to take our personalised supplements:

  1. With cold or room temperature liquid (water, milk, juices, smoothies, etc). Follow up with a glass of water to ensure optimal absorption.
  2. Take dry with a max ½ custom vitamin granules in Min Vitamix measuring spoon at a time straight into the mouth and consume a glass of liquid after.
  3. You can have our tailored vitamins with soft and mushy foods (yoghurt, cream cheese, avocado, etc). Follow up with a glass of liquid to ensure optimal absorption. It is recommended to take or personalised supplements with a meal or after a meal and not on an empty stomach. Avoid warm liquids or blending, as this can affect the granules.

If your personal vitamin dosage (see your personalised vitamin bottle label) is higher than 2 spoons per day, start with taking ½ spoon of your custom vitamins in the morning and in the evening, gradually increasing over 10-14 days to the recommended intake of your personalised supplements.

Be consistent. Ensure to take them daily to receive the full benefits.
